Allowed Uses | Restricted Uses | Questions, Answers & Definitions
My goal is to provide you with tools and solutions to help your business grow, thrive, and profit. So the special stock photo packages offered here are specifically designed to help online marketers and business owners like you grow or maintain their business. And for that reason, your usage license is quite liberal, but there are also some important restrictions you need to know about.
All of my people photos are model released, which means they can legally be used for advertising and commercial purposes. Some of the people pictures have minors in them though, so the usage restrictions are extremely important for specific legal reasons. Please read these terms carefully and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask before you buy.

Questions, Answers, and Definitions…
Q: What is royalty free?
A: Royalty free means you pay a fee once, then you may use the photos over and over again without additional charges
Q: What is non-exclusive?
A: Non-exclusive means you will not be the only person with a license to use these photos
Q: How large are the full sized photos?
A: All images in these special packages are medium resolution. This means they can range from 4-7 Megapixels, thus they are over 2000 pixels on the largest side.
Tip: Megapixels and Megabytes are not the same thing. Megapixels is the resolution of a photo: The number of pixels wide by the number of pixels high. Megabytes on the other hand, is how much space a file takes up on your hard drive or other file storage devices. Due to the ways computers compress files, a 4 Megapixel photo will not necessarily take up 4 Megabytes of storage space.
Q: Why are you selling these at such a low price?
A: These photos are sold under the microstock business model, which is based on high volume sales. Instead of selling a photo for $1000 to one person or business per year, I prefer to sell hundreds of photos to thousands of people every day.
This business model is much more useful and helpful to small online marketers and businesses such as yourself too!
Q: Why are your pictures so expensive?
A: If you think my prices are too high, please feel free to look around the web for similar photos at this level of quality and these resolutions. You will have a very difficult time finding any at this price or lower
Q: Are these pictures public domain?
A: NO. Absolutely not. They are fully copyrighted by myself: Kathy Burns-Millyard
Q: Did you buy, download, or collect these pictures from other sites and people?
A: NO. Absolutely not. Every photo offered in my packages are original works created by myself.
Q: Do I have to put photo credits, copyright notices, or links to you anywhere I use these images?
A: No. Photo credits, copyright notices, and links to me are always nice but they’re not required
Q: I have other questions not addressed here?
A: Please feel free to use the comment form below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can
